Google updated their PageRank and backlinks this week and my cooking site www.cook-it-all.com now has a PR of 2!

Im so glad for this PR raise from PR0 to PR2!! And a surprising thing that I found out early this month from my web stats was my rankings on search engines! although I havent started any serious optimization of the site yet, and most of the pages have little or no content at all! I found out I was at #4 on MSN for the niche keyphrase ‘easy to cook pakistani recipes’ and on page 3 for another kwyword ‘Pakistani Cuisine’ that had a competition of around 338,141!! This really makes me delighted and I will try to add more and more content and recipes to the site soon and do more.

I now realized the usefulness of building link popularity !! And content is always the king !!
